Satisfaction Guaranteed: 30-day returns for standard US stock items; 14-day right of withdrawal for EU non-custom goods (GDPR-compliant). No reason needed. Starts from delivery date. Custom carbon fiber products (e.g., titanium engraved, polished/non-polished, electrolysis-colored, or custom-cut) are personalized and may only qualify for partial refunds, excluding non-refundable material costs, per EU/US laws.

How to Return: Email info@carbonliving.eu with order #, item details, and photos. We'll assess eligibility and provide instructions/labels (EU free for qualifying; US $10 fee deducted for standard). Ship to: Carbon Living LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA (or Germany facility for EU).

Deadline: Notify within policy period; ship within 14 days of notification. Fully custom items non-returnable if personalized beyond specs; partial refunds available for defects only.

Refunds: Full for qualifying standard items (incl. original shipping) within 14 days of receipt, same method. EU: Excludes extra shipping costs chosen. For customs: Labor/processing refundable; material costs (e.g., carbon fiber, titanium) non-refundable due to bespoke nature. Inspect for damage before acceptance.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. You pay return shipping unless defective. Restocking fee: 10% for non-defects (waived for defects); not applicable to customs.

Defects/Warranties: 2-year on craftsmanship/materials. Contact us for exchanges/repairs—priority for premium carbon fiber durability. Worldwide compliance ensures fair, transparent treatment for your bespoke purchase.
